The starting point
Tell us about
your day.
Start with the times you know. Every duration is editable once your timeline is built.
Your plan stays in this tab unless you choose to save or share it.
A little room for everything
Your day,
thoughtfully arranged.
We’ll work backwards from your ceremony to make space for preparations, then build the rest of your celebration around it.
Clashes are flagged so you can decide what to change.
Every moment is yours.Add traditions, extra ceremonies or a quiet moment together.
Everyone on the same page.Download your plan or print a copy for your suppliers.
Your wedding, at your pace
Your wedding-day timeline
Open an event to edit its length, location or notes. Leave its fixed time blank to flow from the previous event. Use ↑ and ↓ to change the order.
One plan. Your whole team.
Send a copy to your partner, venue and suppliers when you’re ready.
Sharing includes the date, locations and notes you add. “Save PDF” is available in your browser’s print options.
Confirm ceremony access, catering, travel and photography timings with your suppliers. If events overlap on purpose, agree who covers each location. Add a portrait slot at your confirmed local sunset time if you would like golden-hour photographs.
A calmer day starts
with a little clarity.
What happens when I change an event?
Events without a fixed start move automatically. Fixed ceremony, meal or first-dance times stay where you put them. If the plan no longer fits, we flag the overlap rather than quietly moving your booking.
Can I plan multiple ceremonies or traditions?
Yes. Add and name as many events as you need, then set their duration and order. Confirm each ceremony’s length with the people leading it. This tool plans one continuous wedding celebration; make separate downloads for other wedding dates.
How much time should I allow for photographs?
The initial family-photo allowance is four minutes per group plus ten minutes to gather everyone. Your group sizes, access and walking distances may need more time. Couple portraits start at 30 minutes; adjust the plan with your photographer.
