Westminster’s ceremony guidance allows time for interior photographs before guests gather for the exit on the steps, within the booking. Parking nearby is restricted. We would agree a short group list, the car meeting point and how you will reach the reception.

The King’s Road venue houses Chelsea Register Office and separate event spaces. Confirm your ceremony room, not simply the building name. Plan portraits and vehicle pickup around the actual booking; limited parking provision should not be assumed to be available for every ceremony.

Clissold House has ceremony rooms and a terrace within Clissold Park. The venue specifies natural plant confetti only and explains that terrace access depends on the booked floor and other ceremonies. Agree the exit plan and transport arrangements with the coordinator before the day.

Share car arrangements, parking or loading guidance, and any planned guest transport. The photographer must pack and be ready again before the next key moment. Travel, accommodation where needed and venue-related charges are confirmed in your quote.
Coordinate concurrent events
Separate preparation addresses, a religious ceremony and a hotel reception can require more than one photographer. For film, we also need time for audio and room setup. Tell us every event date and location so a simple starting price is not mistaken for unlimited London coverage.
Protect the arrival window at Old Marylebone
