We are Ikonic Media Solutions: wedding photographers and filmmakers led by founder Diven Laxman. From our Wednesbury base, we work with couples across Birmingham, Wolverhampton and the West Midlands, and discuss travel further afield for UK and destination weddings.
Our international wedding team also works alongside our sister brand, Royal Wedding Cinema & Photography Tanzania, covering destination weddings across Tanzania, Zanzibar and East Africa.

Diven Laxman is the founder and lead photographer at Ikonic Media Solutions. He brings more than 20 years of experience and has personally covered more than 2,500 weddings. Photography and film sit together in our work, giving couples a choice of still images, moving stories or a combined package.
Some moments need space to unfold. Others benefit from a little direction. Our approach makes room for both: natural interactions with your guests and portraits where you do not have to work out every pose yourself.
Before choosing coverage, tell us what your celebration looks like. A civil ceremony, an Anand Karaj, a Hindu wedding or a multicultural day each brings its own plans and priorities. We start with yours, including the traditions, relationships and small details you want remembered.

FROM A FIRST CONVERSATION TO A CLEAR PLAN
Let’s work out what matters to you.
Start with your priorities
Who needs to be in the photographs? Which parts of the ceremony matter most? Share any family considerations and the guidance from your venue or officiant so they can be part of the conversation.
Make room for the day itself
Look at the day as a whole: getting ready, the journey between venues, your ceremony, time with guests and the reception. Portraits and a wet-weather option should fit into that plan.
Know what you are booking
Use your written package to confirm the photographer and film team, coverage hours, what you receive, delivery arrangements and any extra costs. Bring anything that is unclear to your consultation.

Where are you based, and where do you travel?
We are based at 7 Vicarage Road, Wednesbury, West Midlands, WS10 9DW. We serve Birmingham, Wolverhampton and the wider West Midlands. UK-wide and destination coverage can be discussed with your date and venues.
What kinds of weddings do you cover?
Our work includes Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, Christian, civil and multicultural weddings. Tell us about your ceremony and traditions so we can discuss the right coverage and any venue requirements.
