Tell us every location involved in your celebration, including preparations and separate event days. Ask for any travel or accommodation costs to be itemised in your quotation, particularly for weddings outside the West Midlands or overseas.

Yes. Coverage can include separate events such as the Mehndi, Sangeet, ceremony and reception. Share the dates, locations and timings for each event. The number of photographers and filmmakers, coverage hours and deliverables are agreed in your bespoke quotation.

Same-day edits can be discussed as an additional service. Please confirm availability, the format, running time and delivery arrangements before booking; do not assume a same-day edit is included in your photography or film coverage.

Drone photography and filming may be available as part of your bespoke quotation where venue permissions, aviation restrictions and weather conditions allow. We will discuss suitability for your location when planning your coverage.

We can include an additional photographer when simultaneous preparations, multiple locations or a larger celebration call for a team. We carry professional backup cameras and equipment. The team size is agreed in your quotation.

Your quotation and booking agreement confirm the expected delivery schedule for edited photographs and any films. Photographs are delivered through a private online gallery. Ask for the expected turnaround before booking, particularly if you need images by a specific date.

Browse our portfolio first, then ask during your consultation about viewing a complete gallery relevant to your celebration. A full gallery is useful for assessing coverage across preparations, the ceremony, portraits and the reception.

We carry backup cameras and equipment on the day. For file storage, ask us to explain the backup process, how long your files and gallery remain available, and how to download and keep your own copies. Confirm these details before booking.
