We choose a portrait route around the rooms and grounds available to you, then keep the important family groups close to the celebration. Leave space for the countryside between the moments
Check the final approach
A rural postcode can lead to an estate rather than the door you need. Ask your venue which entrance and parking area suppliers should use, particularly if ceremony and reception spaces are apart. Share that guidance before the day.
Keep portraits near the celebration
Large grounds do not mean you need a long walk. We can plan a short couple session, family groups close to the venue and an indoor alternative. Tell us about mobility needs and footwear so the plan suits people as well as scenery.
Treat a second ceremony as a second event
A civil wedding in a town room and a religious celebration at another venue may happen on different days. List the events and timings separately, including any pre-wedding celebrations. We will explain photography, film, team size and travel in the proposal.

We would confirm the booked ceremony area, indoor fallback and access with your coordinator. Portraits can then be planned around the available grounds and covered spaces, without assuming unrestricted use of the whole estate.
Will we need to walk a long way for countryside portraits?
No. We agree a manageable route around your venue and the people involved. Short portrait sessions, suitable footwear and a nearby indoor option usually matter more than reaching every part of a large property.

Yes, subject to availability. Warwick House is in Southam, not Warwick town centre, so send both addresses and allow a separate transfer in the schedule. How do we protect daylight for a winter Warwickshire reception?
