Your wedding may stay in one Cardiff venue or move from a ceremony in Llandaff to a reception by the Bay. We work through that sequence with you, protecting a practical slot for portraits without making the whole day revolve around them. Family connections, reactions and the atmosphere of the reception are just as important as the couple photographs.
We travel from our Wednesbury base to Cardiff by arrangement. There is no separate Cardiff studio. The five-hour photography starting price is £850, with travel and any necessary accommodation confirmed in writing; film and longer or multi-day coverage are quoted separately.

Cardiff Register Office at Glamorgan Archives
The Register Office currently offers simple ceremonies at Glamorgan Archives for the couple and two guests. This is not the same location as City Hall. Confirm the address and appointment details on your booking before planning arrivals and onward travel.

Cardiff Register Office also offers ceremonies at Insole Court, with the Cedar Room and Walnut Room. Check which room you have reserved and agree the time and access for photographs. This is a separate setting from Glamorgan Archives or City Hall.

City centre and Cardiff Bay are separate stops
If your ceremony is near the centre and the reception is in the Bay, leave time for guests, parking and the photography team to arrive. Check major event dates with your venues and transport provider rather than rely on a fixed journey estimate.
Prepare for indoor portraits as well as waterfront views
Wind and rain can make a long outdoor session uncomfortable. We plan a usable interior first and keep a brief outdoor option where access permits. Travel from our West Midlands base and any necessary overnight stay are explained in the quotation.
